Cullen and his team did a fantastic job on our landscape design and construction for our new build, incorporating existing trees and several changes of mind on my part.They turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would, explained what they were doing and why, and made very sensible suggestions for improvements. When I added further requests they were actioned straight away.The garden looks fantastic and every single member of the team were an absolute pleasure to have on our site. They worked around other trades and coordinated with our site supervisor to ensure we got the best possible result in the most efficient way.

We engaged Cullen to design our garden and outdoors to complement the design of our new home. Our brief was for a contemporary, functional and interactive landscape that embraced the house. We were really impressed with Cullen's ability to translate our ideas into design concepts and provide suggestions for materials, plants and features throughout the design. Cullen, Elliot and his team were absolutely amazing.From the start to finish they were professional, fully accommodating with all the changes to the plans and carried out the task with a big smile. No job asked was too big for them.A special mention has to go to Elliot and his team. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and were a pleasure to deal with. They had fantastic work ethics, were hardworking and were so passionate about their work. I cannot thank them enough for bringing the garden to life.All the sub-contractors were also excellent. The product delivered were second to none. Steve and his team who did the aggregate were fantastic and so was Brad and his team who did the fences (pool and boundary wall fences). They took great care with their job and cleaned up after. It was amazing to see such professionals at work together akin to a well-choreographed ballet.Throughout the project Cullen kept us informed every step of the way and co-ordinated with our builders to ensure the project was on time. The handover at the end of the project from Cullen & Elliot was not only practical but comprehensive and thorough.I would highly recommend them.

Cullen did a fantastic job on our new build. Because of his good working relationship with our builder, he was able to get almost all of the work done before handover. The design process and construction went smoothly, with Cullen always on hand providing updates and being available when needed. Highly recommended!

I engaged Principal Landscapes to undertake a comprehensive makeover of my backyard to install a custom concrete pool for a small backyard. This required detailed design that made use of every last centimeter of my backyard to be able to deliver not only a pool, but also a new patio, outdoor kitchen and general garden and backyard landscaping.I was really impressed with Cullen and his team at how well they managed my backyard makeover, which included an extensive demolition of my previous backyard, including a large patio, concrete, retaining walls, and gardens. They were hardworking, friendly, attentive to any issues that emerged throughout the engagement, and very professional.The also managed to work well to deadlines, despite the significant challenges imposed by COVID, labour shortages, and the backlog of work resulting from difficult weather conditions during the winter of 2021 and the summer of 2021-22.I am so impressed by the completed works. It is the attention to detail that has made our backyard makeover excellent value for money. The service provided by Cullen and his team was professional from start to finish. Cullen offered great advice and was both knowledgeable and reliable. The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and each member of the team was polite, respectful and a delight to deal with, overcoming any obstacle with a practical solution. It was a relief to have a team who could manage every aspect of the landscaping at a high standard and who could coordinate so well with other trades on the site. Cullen, Elliot and Rhys produced an absolutely amazing outdoor area for our family. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys.Firstly, Cullen's 3D design brought our basic vision to life and gave us excellent insight into what the finished product would look like, allowing us to make minor visible modifications to suit our desired requirements. He then produced a complete itemised quote, running through each element with us, detailing where savings could be made should we wish to progress with a different item or quality of product.Then Elliott and Rhys went to work for almost two months. You could not hope to meet two more professional, hard-working and polite young men. Their workmanship across such a wide range of elements (paving, general construction, irrigation, planting, outdoor lighting, etc.) was always first class and performed with a smile. So much so that two other people in our street have already signed up Principal for landscaping at their homes and specifically requested Elliot and Rhys. All of the sub-contractors were also excellent and expertly coordinated by Cullen and the guys.And now we have an amazing pool/spa, cabana and all front and back landscaping that looks amazing, the kids love, has added so much to our home and is the envy of all of our friends. I could not speak highly enough of Cullen and the guys.

Cullen and the team at Principle Pools & Landscapes recently completed our enclosed front yard and verge landscaping, including pool, lawn, gardens, walls, fences and security access.From start to finish, our experience could not have been better. The earliest correspondence clearly articulated the process and on finalisation of a design proposal, provided an accurate, fully itemised quotation that avoided any surprises along the way.Throughout the entire construction process, Cullen kept us fully informed of upcoming works, and any impact they might have on the household.
